Goma Tofu

We cooked Shojin Ryori three dishes.

One was Gome tofu.

He riquested it.

Goma Tofu tastes rich.
Grind sasame seeds in a mortar.
It take a long time to make.
I think Goma Tofu as a spcial haspitaity.
